WordGrasp is an easy to use words extraction tool that enables the user to extract a word list from MSWord documents. Words are extracted from Word document and sorted alphabetically. Words in drawing objects and tables of the Word document can also be extracted. There are at least three cases that WordGrasp will be used in: Very fast spell check for large Word documents. Comparing the headache when spell checking hundreds or thousands of pages with the happiness when only need to spell check several word list pages. Another benefit from WordGrasp is that you can easily find words inconsistency or invalid usage even the words passed spell checking, such as ?attended? and ?attendee?,? differentiae? and ?differential?, etc. The word list generated can be used as the draft glossary for the document, saving much time.
